Regardless of the result, India will play the first semifinal in Dubai on March 4.
The two teams from 'B' group, Australia and South Africa, will both need to travel to Dubai. After the opponent for India is determined tomorrow, one of the teams will return to Pakistan to play the second semifinal against New Zealand.
Whether India finishes first or second in 'A' group, they will play the semifinal in Dubai on Tuesday. Therefore, before tomorrow, it will not be clear whether India will face South Africa or Australia.
In Sunday’s final group match, India will face New Zealand. Both teams have already qualified for the semifinals. This match will be a formality for group 'A'. On the other hand, Australia has already secured their spot in the semifinals as the first team from group 'B'.
The second team from group 'B' will be determined after Saturday’s match between South Africa and England, with the Proteas having a strong chance of progressing.
If India defeats New Zealand tomorrow, they will play Australia in the semifinal. However, if India loses to the Kiwis, they will face South Africa in the semifinal.
