Shakib Al Hasan to Lead Los Angeles Waves in Sixty Strikes Tournament
The Los Angeles Waves have officially announced their final squad for the Sixty Strikes Tournament, previously confirming all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan as their captain.
In the inaugural edition of the tournament organized by the National Cricket League (NCL) in the United States, Shakib will lead the Waves, with Mickey Arthur serving as the head coach.
Under Shakib's leadership, notable players such as Tim David, Adam Rossington, and Tymal Mills will join the squad. The Waves are set to play their first match today, October 5, at 9 PM Bangladesh time.
The tournament kicked off on October 4 and will conclude with the final on October 14. A total of six teams will participate, with all matches being held at the University of Texas, Dallas.
