Level 3 Coaching Course Completed, BCB Awards Certificates to 30 Coaches
The certificate handover ceremony of the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) Level 3 Coach Course was held today at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur.
BCB President Tamim Iqbal, Chairman of the Game Development Committee Fahim Sinha, Chairman of the Grounds Committee Md Rafiqul Islam (Babu), and BCB Chief Executive Officer Nizam Uddin Chowdhury were present at the।
A total of 30 coaches successfully completed the course. Following an intensive residential programme conducted by internationally recognised coach educators, participants were assigned a 90-day field assignment. The course was facilitated by Turner-Campbell Consultancy of Australia.
During the field assignment, coaches worked in real coaching environments, closely engaging with both advanced and emerging players. Each coach developed and implemented structured development plans, utilised modern coaching methods, and monitored the progress of their assigned players.
The course concluded with detailed report submissions and in-person presentations, where the coaches shared their experiences, insights, and outcomes.
