How Bangladeshi Fans Can Watch the T20 World Cup
The Bangladesh national cricket team will not be participating in the 2026 T20 World Cup in India. However, cricket fans across the country will not miss out on the excitement, as they will be able to follow the tournament from the comfort of their homes. The International Cricket Council (ICC) has today released detailed information regarding broadcast arrangements.
In Bangladesh, all matches will be available through the locally owned Total Sports Management (TSM). Linear TV coverage will be provided by T Sports and Nagorik TV, while digital viewers can watch live matches via the Rabbithole BD app, which is primarily linked to Gazi TV’s YouTube channel.
The tournament will be jointly hosted by India and Sri Lanka. In India, fans can watch matches on Star Sports TV as well as through the JioHotstar digital platform, with live commentary in English, Hindi, Bengali, and other languages. In Sri Lanka, Dialog TV will serve as the official broadcaster, with live coverage also available through their digital platforms.
The ICC has confirmed that, in addition to the main tournament, the warm-up matches will also be broadcast on selected TV channels and digital platforms. Furthermore, all matches will be available live on the ICC’s official streaming platform, ICC.tv.
