BCB Eid Gifts for Cricketers and Their Families
The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has arranged special gifts for national team cricketers and their families on the occasion of Eid. The gifts will be delivered to 30 cricketers who have represented the national team in at least one format over the past year, along with their spouses.
Around 20 more individuals, including members of the national team’s coaching staff, team management, and team boys, have also been included in this initiative.
BCB Cricket Operations Manager Shahriar Nafees said, “The BCB naturally maintains a good understanding with the national team cricketers at all times. However, adding this gesture as a courtesy makes the relationship even warmer, and the communication between the board and the players has now become even better.”
As part of the gifts, the cricketers will receive pajama–panjabi sets from the Pakistani clothing brand Junaid Jamshed (J.). Their wives will receive salwar–kameez from the same brand. In addition, chocolate boxes will be sent for the cricketers’ children.
The BCB has allocated around BDT 450,000 for the entire initiative.
