BCB central contract details announced

A total of 21 cricketers have been included in the Bangladesh Cricket Board's (BCB) central contract for the year 2024.

In a press release issued after today's (February 12) BCB board meeting, it was announced which cricketers will receive salaries from the board under the contract. Besides the current captains of the Bangladesh national team in all three formats, namely, Najmul Hossain Shanto and former captain Shakib Al Hasan, Litton Das, Mehidy Hasan Miraz, and Shoriful Islam are included in contracts for all three formats.

Mushfiqur Rahim is included in the Test and ODI contracts. Mustafizur Rahman is included only in the white-ball contract. Tanzim Hasan Sakib and Mahmudullah Riyadh are included only in the ODI contract.

For Test, ODI, and T20 formats, Litton Das, Shakib Al Hasan, Mehidy Hasan Miraz, Nazmul Hossain Shanto, and Shoriful Islam are included.

For Test and ODI formats, Mushfiqur Rahim is included.

For Test format, Mominul Haque, Taijul Islam, Zakir Hasan, Mahmudul Hasan Joy, Syed Khaled Ahmed, and Nayeem Hasan are included.

For ODI format, Mahmudullah Riyadh and Tanzim Hasan Sakib are included.

For ODI and T20 formats, Mahmudullah Riyadh and Tanzim Hasan Sakib are included.

For T20 format, Nasum Ahmed, Sheikh Mahedi Hasan, and Kazi Nurul Hasan Sohan are included.
