Sylhet Titans Pay 75 Percent of Remuneration to Local Players
Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) franchise Sylhet Titans have paid 75 percent of the remuneration to their local players. The franchise confirmed the matter on Sunday through a media release.
In the statement, Sylhet Titans said that, in accordance with the directives of the BPL Governing Body, 75 percent of the due payments for all local players have been duly cleared. The franchise also stated that the team is being operated in full compliance with all league rules and regulations.
The franchise further added that it remains committed to maintaining professionalism, transparency, and mutual respect in all financial dealings with players. Sylhet Titans reiterated their commitment to valuing the contribution of every squad member and to fulfilling their responsibilities with integrity.
Meanwhile, Sylhet Titans have already secured qualification for the BPL playoffs. After completing 10 matches in the group stage, the team has accumulated 10 points with an equal number of wins and losses.
