BCB Invites Media Rights Tender for Six-Match Series Against India
The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has officially invited bids and financial proposals for the global media rights package, covering both television and digital platforms, for Bangladesh national team’s home bilateral series during the 2026–27 cycle.
The highlight of the media rights package is India’s highly anticipated tour of Bangladesh in 2026. During the tour, Bangladesh and India will play a total of six white-ball matches.
In addition to the high-profile India series, the BCB’s media rights package also includes home series against three other major cricketing nations. The full schedule comprises two Test matches against the West Indies, two Test matches against England, and five One-Day Internationals (ODIs) against Pakistan.
The BCB stated that interested domestic and international television broadcasters, digital streaming platforms, marketing agencies, and consortiums are invited to submit their bids for the global broadcasting and streaming rights.
The initiative is aimed at maximizing the commercial and broadcast value of these highly attractive home series, which are expected to generate significant interest across the cricketing world.
