Umpiring Officials for Bangladesh-South Africa Series
The two-match Test series between Bangladesh and South Africa is set to begin on October 21. The first Test will be held from October 21-25 at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur, and the second Test will take place from October 29 to November 2 at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chattogram.
Ahead of the series, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has announced the list of match referees and umpires for the matches.
For the 1st Test in Mirpur, Nitin Menon and Joel Wilson will serve as the on-field umpires, while Langton Rusere will be the TV umpire. Masudur Rahman Mukul will take on the role of the fourth umpire.
In the 2nd Test in Chattogram, Joel Wilson and Langton Rusere will be the on-field umpires, with Nitin Menon as the third umpire. Bangladesh’s Tanvir Ahmed will be the fourth umpire.
Andy Pycroft will serve as the match referee for both the first and second Test matches.
