Bangladesh Gears Up for a Jam-Packed Cricket Schedule Till March 2027
After the Eid holidays, Bangladesh’s cricketers are back in action, preparing for what will be one of the busiest phases in their international calendar. According to the ICC’s Future Tours Programme (FTP), the Tigers are set for non-stop cricket until March 2027.
Over the next 23 months, Bangladesh will play:
18 Test matches
32 One Day Internationals (ODIs)
32 T20 Internationals (T20Is)
across 16 bilateral series. In addition, Bangladesh will participate in the Asia Cup (September 2025) and the ICC T20 World Cup (Feb–Mar 2026), both T20 tournaments.
Among the 16 bilateral series, three will be full series including all three formats, while five series will feature three ODIs and three T20Is each. There is also a series consisting of two Tests and three ODIs.

Bangladesh’s jam-packed journey begins this April 2025 with a two-Test home series against Zimbabwe, to be played in Sylhet and Chattogram.
