West Indies Announce 15-Member ODI Squad for Pakistan Series

Cricket West Indies (CWI) has announced a 15-member squad for the upcoming three-match ODI series against Pakistan, set to be played at the Brian Lara Cricket Academy in Trinidad on August 8, 10, and 12.

With an eye on building a strong core for the 2027 ICC World Cup, the Windies management has termed this series as a crucial step in their long-term planning. Maintaining consistency after recent series wins against England and Bangladesh, the selectors have made minimal changes to the squad.

Alzarri Joseph has been rested as part of workload management.

CWI emphasized the importance of maintaining momentum and using the opportunity to earn valuable ranking points against a higher-ranked Pakistan team.
